By using DevConsole, a product of Bolta Platforms, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DevConsole for your personal or professional development projects. Usage is tied to the license key provided upon purchase.

3. Payments and Refunds

The current one-time checkout purchases the Founding Developer offer: lifetime local entitlement, Founding Developer recognition, and the Cloud credit described at checkout. Server-backed DevConsole Cloud subscriptions, when offered, are separate recurring services. Payments are processed through Stripe via Bolta Platforms, Inc. infrastructure.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Distribute or sell the software to third parties without authorization.
• Use the software for any illegal activities.

5. Limitation of Liability

DevConsole is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
